DomainSite doesn’t send notifications?

I found out today that my favourite domain registar, DomainSite, doesn’t send notifications of expiring domains even though I have my email set correctly and notifications enabled.

I was about to loose 2 domains today, both were working sites. Curious if that is an error from them or if it’s standart not to notify.

As far as I remember, I always got notified.
