Well you can use sites such as DomainAnnounce.com or simply google it. DomainAnnounce sends newsletters sometimes with free quality names.

I was looking some domain about freebies with PR. Maybe next time.
I have one with PR3, unfortunately the PR decrease soon after I bought it. What’s happen? What’s your opinion?
